SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE SHIPPING to Hong Kong and Macau for orders over HK$500 via SF Express. Orders that are under HK$500 will be charged a flat rate of HK$30. Orders will be processed within 3 days of the order date. Please double check available shipping destinations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy, items must still have original tags, receipt and packaging in order for returns and exchanges to be accepted. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. If the item is out of stock we will offer a full refund in exchange.
Please note - No refunds or exchanges on Sale/Promotional items.
No refunds or exchanges on items bought with any form of vouchers or gift cards.

All of our items are shipped from HK, therefore customs and duties charges may be applied by your country upon arrival at your borders. Please be aware that all charges are liable to be paid by the customer. You will be contacted directly by your local postal service if customs charges apply.
