SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE SHIPPING to Hong Kong and Macau for orders over HK$500 via SF Express. Orders that are under HK$500 will be sent out via SF Express with a flat fee of HK$30. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of the order date. Please double check available shipping destinations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 14-day return and exchange. To qualify, items must have their original, receipt, and packaging intact. Please note that shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. If an item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on sale/promotional items, or on purchases made with vouchers or gift cards. Once your return or exchange is processed, you will receive an email with new SF Express tracking number. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be completed. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All of our items are shipped from HK, therefore customs and duties charges may be applied by your country upon arrival at your borders. Please be aware that all charges are liable to be paid by the customer. You will be contacted directly by your local postal service if customs charges apply.
