The much debated subject; can you wear yoga leggings with everyday wear? Is it totally faux pas to show up to brunch with the ladies wearing high waisted yoga leggings?
What was once only worn for working out is now creeping more and more into our everyday fashion looks. I for one am absolutely on board with this trend; I still remember buying my first pair of leggings back in the day. I have to admit I felt quite naked going out in my first pair of leggings, I felt like I was flashing my back and front side to the whole world to see. Ooohhh but the comfort, the stretch, the support on my waist made all those insecurities melt away. The best thing about wearing high waisted leggings with any outfit is the shapewear effect it has, they create a nice, long smooth sillohuette without the discomfort of wearing pinching shapewear.
